We are a church located at the busy Cubao area neighboring Gateway & Isetann in Aurora. We welcome strangers. We feed them and let them use our toilet..hehehe. We welcome our financially challenged 'streetmates,' the sick, the brokenhearted, both the abnormal & normal, well practically everyone!!! OUr church definitely experienced the Love of God firsthand, that itself is the inspiration in our stories, in our music. Dear JOHIA Folks, I would like to apologize for not being able to come during the reunion last Sunday. I was looking at the photo uploads thinking of what I have missed. I was under strict medical advisory from our team physician to rest out my elevated blood pressure (180/100). We had 2 stressful weeks of successive medical missions in Cebu, Jalajala and Montalban, Rizal. Nanibago din kami sa init kaya siguro nahirapang tunawin ng katawan ko lahat yung mga cholesterol na nakain namin throughout! hahaha. Missed you guys, I really wanted to go but our flight back to LA was on Monday morning and sabi nung doctor namin it will not be advisable for me to fly out if my BP won't come down. The increase in atmospheric pressure will bring it higher which may complicate matters further for me. Anyway, I opted to be obedient! I am sure there will always be a next time, no? Judging from the photos, everybody seemed to have a good time worshipping, fellowshipping and EATING! That would have really made things worse for me! Anyway, it was good to see many of you (though I could not remember many of your names na!) kahit sa pictures lang. God bless!
